Press Release, Denman Opposes Coal, September 6, 2010

What do an oversized prone canary, sooty miners with shovels, and sobbing widows carrying silver platters with chunks of coal and $1000 bills have in common? They were among a large number of participants in the annual Denman Island Blackberry Faire parade on September 5th who voiced their opposition in word and dress against the proposed Raven Coal Mine.
