CEAA refused to post comments from the public to its Raven project registry on the CEAA website. CoalWatch therefore set up this "citizens registry".

Tuesday, September 21 In the final days of the comment period, you completely overwhelmed CoalWatch with submissions - we have a backlog of at least 160. All submissions will be sent to us by CEAA soon, and we'll have them online as soon as we get them. So if we don't get yours posted, it will at least be available in the CEAA files.
